Green And Blacks We take whole organic roasted Sicilian almonds with their skins left on, and caramelise them to intensify their flavour. The caramelisation further toasts the nut giving it a deeper, nuttier, more savoury flavour & creates a slightly sweet, crisp shell. We take time to enhance the flavour of the almonds in this way so they balance the intensity of our bittersweet dark chocolate.
