The perfectly balanced selection of centres includes smooth Milk Truffle, Chewy Caramel, Lemon Fondant, Milk Chocolate Crisp, White Truffle and Turkish Delight.
Bonterra is one of the first wineries to have the Soil Association Certification for their wines. A well-balanced Chardonnay with subtle nuances of vanilla oak, crisp acidity and a full rich flavour.

Bonterra's Merlot is barrel-aged in French oak which accentuates layers of toasty oak-spice, vanilla, chocolate and rich cherry flavours, leading to a soft, yet complex, velvety finish.
